The works entailed the renovation of what were previously classrooms built in the 1970's. Works involved the removal of all ceilings, suspended floors, internal joinery & demolition of block walls. Fit out comprised of new aluminium doors & windows, formation of 3 classrooms, an office, a cleaners store and a two storey service duct. Installation of new mechanical, electrical data and fir alarm networks, joinery & fire doors, suspended ceilings floor finishes and internal décor. The upgrading of the existing drainage network concluded another project on schedule.
