Private Dwelling
Background
A family wanted to build a new family home in Arthurstown, New Ross, Wexford.

Description of Work
D.K.C.L. constructed a private dwelling, approx 4,000 sq ft and all associated site works. A new road entrance, approximately 0.5KM was formed and along with the home, the ground was excavated and foundations were poured. The house was constructed. Superstructures involved all blockwork, substantial roofworks, fitting of PVC woodgrain windows, solar panels, K rend plaster finishes, PVC fascia and soffits.
Key features within the home included fitting an underfloor heating system and manifolds with a poured concrete screed over it.
Internal works also included fitting off all joinery, mechanical and electrical works, floor finishes, fitting of stairs, wall and floor tiling and painting and decorating.
