Description of Services
The project included the stripping, demolition and removal of a single storage garage and return; stripping, altering and refurbishing the existing two storey house and its integration into the new building, the new building was built by means of block walls with Forticrete blocks pointed externally.
The roof truss was constructed with concrete roof tile finish which included compartmenting the attic areas for fire protection.
All aluminium powder coated windows and doors were installed as was a comprehensive fire alarm service. Electrical and mechanical was undertaken and completed to the highest specification possible.
The fit out comprised of fire doors, installation of all sanitary ware to all en-suites and bathrooms, tiling to kitchens and toilets, fitted kitchens, marmoleum and tiled floor finishes, suspended ceilings and all internal décor.
The site works formed a substantial part of the project as it involved deep excavations and the use of trench boxes, numerous public road crossings which required traffic management in place, installation of various services for external bodies and additional car parking facilities.
